TRADE POLICY REVIEWS

At Trade Hub East Africa, we believe that robust monitoring & evaluation (M&E) systems are vital for the delivery of successful development programmes. We have invested significantly in developing strong in-house M&E expertise, complemented by an impressive pool of trusted and highly-experienced M&E consultants.
Our expertise lies in hand holding policy makers, central and state government and its agencies. This is achieved by conducting training need analyses, recommending organization policy and structural realignments, designing and imparting training policies, and developing monitoring and evaluation programmes.

Trade Hub East Africa’s reviews help countries in a systematic, comprehensive and strategic manner. The reviews focus on identifying key sectors for diversification with the potential to bring higher economic value, setting the right trade policies to back up those development priorities and establishing a trade policy framework to ensure effective implementation of such strategies.
